GTM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain the GTM tech stack, ensuring seamless data flow between CRM, marketing automation, and outbound tools.
• Build automated workflows for lead capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management to reduce manual work.
• Manage prospecting systems and outbound campaign execution using tools like Clay and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Implement AI-powered workflows using LLMs for account research, lead qualification, and personalized outreach.
• Own CRM data hygiene, segmentation, and attribution to ensure reliable reporting and decision-making.
• Build dashboards to track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and overall revenue impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or a similar technical growth role.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Familiarity with outbound and enrichment tools like Smartlead or Lemlist.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation processes.
• High data literacy and the ability to analyze complex funnel metrics.
• Experience leveraging AI and LLMs for automation and productivity.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
