About the role
Responsibilities
- Build sales enablement content including case studies, ROI calculators, and pitch decks
- Own competitive intelligence through battle cards and win/loss analysis
- Drive pipeline accuracy and deal hygiene via weekly reviews and security questionnaire management
- Support strategic projects such as territory planning and tool evaluations
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and generate content
Requirements
- 2–4 years in Sales Operations, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Investment Banking
- Startup experience building processes from scratch
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency and data modeling skills
- CRM proficiency with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Resourcefulness and a bias toward action
- Interest in using AI tools for productivity
