GTM Senior Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales & Finance to design and improve CPQ systems, Deal Desk, and connections to ERP
• Own Salesforce Sales Cloud enhancement and bug resolution
• Design and manage page layouts, lightning record pages, custom fields, validation rules, and approval logic
• Evaluate third-party managed packages and AppExchange products for integration
• Manage profiles, permissions, role hierarchy, and security
• Support release management by tracking and deploying metadata and record-based configuration
• Improve Opportunity conversion and forecast accuracy through system design
• Build and support integrations across Salesforce (CRM), CPQ, CLM, Billing, and ERP systems

Requirements

• 4–6+ years in Salesforce-heavy RevOps or GTM Systems roles
• Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration or development experience
• Strong automation expertise
• Experience implementing CPQ and billing integrations
• Ability to operate effectively in high-growth environments
