GTM Sales Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Source sales candidates directly on LinkedIn, reviewing large volumes of profiles to identify the right fit
• Conduct cold outreach via phone, text, and LinkedIn messages, using phone calls as your primary tool
• Pitch the company compellingly and handle objections in real time
• Qualify candidates against a clear ideal profile before passing them to the recruiting team
• Build and maintain organized candidate pipelines and track all outreach activity
• Continuously refine sourcing approaches and identify high-potential target companies

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or sales
• A genuine love for cold calling and comfort starting conversations from scratch
• Strong communication skills with the ability to pitch a company clearly in under 90 seconds
• High attention to detail when evaluating candidate backgrounds and LinkedIn profiles
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience sourcing or recruiting specifically for sales roles
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Background working within a professional sales environment
