About the role
Responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound outreach via cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls
- Identify and research ICP, buyer personas, and target accounts
- Book qualified discovery meetings for the sales team
- Personalize outreach with strong value propositions
- Manage and update CRM hygiene using HubSpot
- Follow up consistently to nurture cold and warm leads
- Collaborate with marketing on campaign execution
- Handle inbound leads qualification
Requirements
- 0–3 years in B2B, SaaS, international sales, or outbound roles
- Strong spoken and written English at a global communication level
- Experience with cold email and LinkedIn outreach
- Experience with GTM tools
- Basic understanding of sales funnel and GTM motion
- Comfortable working with global time zones
- Highly organized and process-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to US/EU markets
- Experience with Apollo, Lemlist, Outreach, or Sales Navigator
- Prior SDR/BDR experience in a startup environment
