Responsibilities

• Design and execute GTM hiring strategy across AE, Marketing, and leadership roles
• Partner with founders and function heads to forecast headcount and define candidate profiles
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first touch to offer acceptance
• Develop scalable recruiting systems, tools, and data tracking
• Drive outbound sourcing through outreach, referrals, and competitor mapping
• Influence employer brand by partnering with Marketing and Product teams
• Track and report on pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and time-to-hire

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• 3+ years focused on GTM roles at a fast-paced SaaS or technology company
• Proven success building Sales and Marketing teams in high-growth environments
• Strong understanding of SaaS GTM motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise)
• Ability to source and close top-performing sellers and leaders
• Data-driven mindset with ability to use recruiting metrics
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• High agency and ability to operate autonomously
• Based in or willing to work from San Francisco HQ, 5 days/week

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an early recruiter at a Series A–B startup
• Familiarity with GTM compensation structures
• Strong network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area
