Responsibilities

• Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end for SDRs and GTM Associates across US, EMEA, and APAC
• Manage interview logistics across multiple time zones with speed and precision
• Own the candidate experience as the primary point of contact
• Drive recruiting operations by maintaining accurate data in Ashby and tracking candidate progress
• Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams
• Partner with GTM leadership to align on hiring priorities and pipeline health
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase hiring speed and quality

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines simultaneously
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
• Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
