Responsibilities
- Run GTM recruiting processes end-to-end for SDRs and GTM Associates across US, EMEA, and APAC
- Manage interview logistics across multiple time zones with speed and precision
- Own the candidate experience as the primary point of contact
- Drive recruiting operations by maintaining accurate data in Ashby and tracking candidate progress
- Conduct reference checks and synthesize insights for hiring teams
- Partner with GTM leadership to align on hiring priorities and pipeline health
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase hiring speed and quality
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, or operations
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple roles and timelines simultaneously
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with ATS tools, preferably Ashby
- Comfort working across time zones and with senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
