Responsibilities

• Own and run full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, including sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and finance
• Build scalable sourcing engines across outbound, referrals, and talent communities
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define scorecards, interview loops, and tight SLAs
• Craft crisp outreach and a high-touch candidate experience
• Instrument the funnel through ATS hygiene, conversion dashboards, and channel ROI

• Experience hiring exceptional sales and marketing talent at fast-growing startups
• Proven full-cycle recruiting expertise from job description to offer negotiation
• Creative sourcing skills with an existing professional network
• Data- and process-minded approach to tracking recruitment metrics
• High-agency and comfortable working at a fast pace
