GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Marketing, and Client Growth Partner (CGP) positions
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
• Screen candidates for sales acumen, leadership capability, and cultural fit
• Lead compensation negotiations with senior sales professionals, including base salary, commissions, and variable pay structures
• Manage hiring manager expectations using market insights and data-driven perspectives
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within the ATS

Requirements

• 4–10 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on Sales and Marketing roles
• Proven ability to work independently and manage end-to-end hiring processes
• Deep understanding of sales compensation structures, including commissions and incentive plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week onsite in Atlanta)

• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
• A data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring decisions
