Responsibilities

• Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing
• Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles including sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes
• Refine recruiting infrastructure and build scalable hiring systems
• Develop expertise in GTM talent markets to identify top operators
• Surface pipeline realities to leadership to drive data-driven decisions and trade-offs

Requirements

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup
• Experience hiring for GTM roles is desirable
• High bar for talent assessment and ability to sell opportunities
• AI-native approach to recruiting workflows
• Ability to partner directly with founders and GTM leaders
• Hunter mentality for sourcing top-tier talent
