Responsibilities
- Partner with the Co-founder/CEO and GTM leaders to define hiring needs across Sales, CS, and Marketing
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles including sourcing, outreach, screening, stakeholder alignment, interviews, and offer processes
- Refine recruiting infrastructure and build scalable hiring systems
- Develop expertise in GTM talent markets to identify top operators
- Surface pipeline realities to leadership to drive data-driven decisions and trade-offs
Requirements
- 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting at a fast-paced, high-growth B2B startup
- Experience hiring for GTM roles is desirable
- High bar for talent assessment and ability to sell opportunities
- AI-native approach to recruiting workflows
- Ability to partner directly with founders and GTM leaders
- Hunter mentality for sourcing top-tier talent
