Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and GTM leadership to define hiring needs and strategy
• Proactively source, engage, screen, and close top GTM talent in SF and on the East Coast
• Refine and build recruiting infrastructure to combine systematic rigor with human judgment
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the SF and East Coast GTM talent markets
• Provide data-driven insights to leadership regarding pipeline realities and decision tradeoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth B2B environments
• Proven ability to assess top 1% talent through rigorous interrogation and selling
• Established network of world-class operators in SF and the East Coast
• AI-native approach to recruiting and workflow optimization
• Experience partnering directly with executives and GTM leaders
• Hunter mentality with a track record of securing hard-to-reach talent
