GTM Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines for GTM roles through direct outreach, communities, events, and referrals
• Manage the full recruiting process including screening, scheduling, offers, and closing
• Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics
• Track the GTM talent landscape to understand market trends and candidate motivations
• Write compelling job descriptions and shape a premium candidate experience

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience recruiting GTM talent (sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, or revenue operations)
• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to find top-tier talent
• Highly organized with the ability to execute quickly in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for high-growth tech or AI companies
• Experience sourcing beyond LinkedIn via events, communities, and referral networks
• Background in early-stage or founder-led hiring
• Experience building out GTM functions from scratch
