Responsibilities

• Help build out GTM teams
• Shape how the company shows up externally through content, community, and candidate experience
• Act as a visible leader in the recruiting community at the intersection of modern sourcing and AI

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong personal brand in the recruiting community
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments
• Commitment to working in-office 5 days a week in San Francisco

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with early-stage startups (Seed - Series B) or high-growth companies
• Familiarity with AI, SaaS, or B2B talent markets
• Interest in writing or speaking about hiring, talent, or the future of work
