Responsibilities
- Own GTM talent pipeline: Lead full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Sales Ops, Solutions, and Customer Success
- Hunt for elite GTM talent through proactive sourcing and creative search strategies
- Serve as the face of Hebbia to articulate product differentiation and growth trajectory
- Deliver a world-class, high-integrity candidate experience
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles in high-growth environments
- Proven success in building exceptional teams
- Experience recruiting for diverse GTM groups
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management ability
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
