About the Company
Goodfire is a research company using interpretability to understand, learn from, and design AI systems. Headquartered in San Francisco, the team consists of top interpretability researchers and engineers from organizations like OpenAI and DeepMind.
Responsibilities
- Own GTM searches end to end including sales, marketing, partnerships, and business development
- Build exceptional sourcing pipelines by mapping target companies and identifying high-agency operators
- Partner deeply with hiring managers to define requirements and manage interview loops
- Sell the Goodfire story to candidates, explaining the technical depth and scale of the opportunity
- Build recruiting infrastructure for pipeline tracking, referrals, and candidate experience
Requirements
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting for GTM or business roles in high-growth startups or technical companies
- Strong sourcing ability and candidate judgment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- High agency and strong written communication skills
- Comfort operating in ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as an early recruiting hire building GTM pipelines from scratch
- Experience hiring for AI, developer tools, infrastructure, or enterprise software
- Track record of closing exceptional candidates in competitive markets
- Ability to translate technical narratives into compelling pitches for non-technical candidates
