Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across all GTM functions, holding a high bar on quality and speed
• Identify and engage passive talent through long-arc relationship building
• Shape a candidate experience that serves as a competitive advantage
• Craft authentic outreach and positioning to attract elite candidates
• Partner with hiring leaders on intake, calibration, and closing strategy
• Build operational backbones including pipeline tracking, scorecards, and sourcing playbooks

Requirements

• 5-7 years in GTM recruiting at high-growth startups
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing top commercial talent
• Demonstrated ability to identify and convert passive candidates
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring managers
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with high organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Eager to work in person at our NYC office full time

• Experience with Ashby, Noon AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Notion
