GTM Planning Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Architect and operationalize the revenue operating model by leading critical annual and quarterly planning initiatives.
• Design and drive transformational programs that evolve revenue planning, compensation, and operating models.
• Lead end-to-end execution of go-to-market planning processes, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop frameworks for market segmentation, resource models, capacity planning, quota methodologies, and sales compensation design.
• Partner with Finance, Sales Leadership, and Revenue Operations to translate strategy into actionable, executable plans.
• Structure complex problems, evaluate trade-offs, and synthesize recommendations for executive decision-making.
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement opportunities for automation, simplification, and standardization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth technology company.
• Proven experience with segmentation, quota setting, and budget planning.
• Experience with consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid monetization models.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and build trust with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to both frontline operators and executive leadership.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and an ownership mindset.
