GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth (Payment Acceptance)

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy formulation and execution of GTM Partnerships, including defining target segments, commercial models, and activation plans to drive revenue.
• Develop high-performing collaboration relationships with Inbound Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Onboarding, Operations, and Product teams.
• Lead key ecosystem initiatives in the SEA region, such as partner appreciation events, co-marketing programs, and strategic collaborations.
• Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks by driving automation and process re-engineering efforts to improve efficiency.
• Work closely with Product Management to develop requirements for new features or industry vertical solutions related to offline acquiring technology.
• Partner with Ops, Finance, and Risk teams to manage operational policies and merchant requirements across different industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, business development, or GTM strategy with a proven track record of driving revenue.
• 2+ years of people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and performance management for a team of at least 3.
• Experience working in fintech, technology, or a high-growth startup/scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical skills and data fluency, with hands-on experience using Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior external stakeholders and align internal teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
