GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep relationships with a portfolio of partners to understand their needs and provide value-based solutions.
• Act as a brand advocate to ensure SME customers utilize Airwallex services to their full potential.
• Achieve revenue targets by focusing on key input metrics and driving relevant outputs.
• Forecast and manage a robust pipeline within Salesforce to track business success and growth.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share customer insights and influence the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B experience managing and growing technology or Fintech relationships with SME accounts.
• Fluency in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is required.
• Proven experience with complex sales cycles, including comfort engaging with C-level executives.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends to derive actionable insights.
• Technical proficiency with prior experience in API B2B sales or account management.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse domains.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holds an accredited certification for the completion of FX training provided by KBI or KIFIN.
