GTM Partnerships Manager (B2B), SME & Growth

Responsibilities

• Expand and manage B2B business partnership channels to drive growth.
• Identify and engage partners with B2B customer resources through various methods, including direct clients, referrals, and exhibitions.
• Conduct effective business negotiations to establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnership models.
• Strengthen trust with partners through frequent communication and organized training to ensure they understand product value and target customer profiles.
• Maintain high risk management awareness to identify and prevent potential issues during the partnership process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B channel expansion.
• Experience in cross-border payments, SaaS, ERP, banking, or tax/finance sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong self-drive and the ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to break down business goals into actionable channel targets and process management metrics.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and risk awareness.
