GTM Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage an existing partner portfolio, including strategic partners and brand ambassadors across Accounting, Virtual CFOs, Business Advisory, and Ecommerce agencies.
• Drive the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, conducting meetings, contracting, onboarding, and ongoing enablement.
• Implement engagement strategies to ensure partners remain active, driving consistent referral volume and commercial impact.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Strategy, Operations, and Finance to ensure a seamless partner experience.
• Ideate and experiment with new go-to-market strategies to scale the Airwallex partner network within the Australian market.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnership management, software sales, or business development.
• An existing professional network or strong relationships within the accounting industry or related vertical markets.
• Proven ability to manage a partner portfolio and keep stakeholders engaged and active.
• Excellent written, verbal, and in-person presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in FinTech or SaaS environments.
• Background as a professional accountant.
• Experience in tech-focused partnership channel sales.
