Responsibilities

• Serve as an internal SWAT team for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive leadership
• Build and maintain reporting across Salesforce, HockeyStack, HubSpot, and other GTM systems
• Create dashboards to track pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue metrics
• Support campaign execution across paid, outbound, ABM, content, and events
• Manage attribution, lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle tracking
• Design workflows and automations to eliminate manual work using AI tools
• Evaluate and implement new tools to create meaningful leverage

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in Consulting, Banking, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Analytics
• Experience working in high-growth SaaS, AI, or tech companies
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and pipeline analytics
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, HockeyStack, HubSpot, GA4, Clay, ZoomInfo, or Pardot
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and large datasets
• Familiarity with AI and automation tools like Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or Zapier

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup experience
• Proven track record of using data to drive business outcomes
• Experience supporting revenue-generating teams
