GTM Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design, create, and scale SDR playbooks and standardized end-to-end workflows, including SLAs and routing logic.
• Own tracking and reporting of A/B tests across regions regarding assignment logic, sequences, and messaging.
• Ensure data quality for dashboards covering productivity metrics, funnel conversion rates, and pipeline health.
• Partner with RevOps and Data teams to implement AI and automation for lead prioritization, scoring, and intelligent routing.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide operational guidance to SDR teams.

Requirements

• Strong HubSpot knowledge (mandatory), including workflows, lead routing, and reporting.
• Proven experience in GTM, SDR, or RevOps operations within a B2B environment.
• Ability to design scalable sales workflows, playbooks, and qualification frameworks.
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort working with funnel metrics and performance KPIs.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly across different business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation in SDR or marketing workflows.
• Exposure to automation and AI use cases within a sales context.
• Experience with additional GTM tools beyond HubSpot.
• Background working in high-growth or multi-market environments.
