GTM Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support Sales teams by handling revenue operations to ensure smooth commercial transactions
• Manage core deal flow, approvals, change requests, and deal consolidations within SLA
• Maintain data integrity for ARR Bridge and pipeline hygiene
• Review EMEA GTM processes end-to-end and model their connection to ARR outcomes
• Identify improvement opportunities and design controlled experiments to test them
• Drive experiments from hypothesis to result, including defining success metrics and analyzing outcomes
• Own AI ROI analysis for the region, including cost-benefit analysis and building value-driven agents
• Design and drive projects related to TAM expansion and New Logo attainment
• Analyze pipeline generation performance to identify scalable changes
• Build and maintain a Market Insights engine to capture market signals
• Collaborate with data analysts to develop models and dashboards for tracking experiment impact
• Present findings and commercial recommendations to EMEA GTM leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years in strategy, business analysis, GTM operations, or consulting
• Experience with SaaS revenue models
• Strong data modeling and analytical skills
• Proven project management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive buy-in
• Intellectual curiosity and a bias toward action

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience running A/B tests or structured business experiments
• Background in strategy building or business intelligence
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, and pipeline coverage
