Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end GTM processes, including pricing proposals, customer presentations, and financial analyses
• Optimize sales territories and processes for a fast-growing team
• Build prospecting programs and marketing campaigns to drive net new demand
• Define and scale the playbook for building and launching AI agents at large enterprises
• Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities to drive durable revenue growth
• Drive alignment between Sales and Agent Development teams
• Design scalable solutions to address inefficiencies in GTM operations
• Analyze complex datasets to provide executive-ready recommendations
• Execute special projects related to international expansion, pricing, and deal strategy
• Leverage AI-native tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex to automate workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, management consulting, or business operations
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
• Detail-oriented and process-driven mentality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive interaction

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL experience
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Experience with marketing automation tools
• Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience
