About the role
About the Company
Phonely builds conversational voice AI agents for high volume phone workflows. Our customers use us to qualify leads, book appointments, route calls, and resolve real customer conversations in production.
Responsibilities
- Support forecasting cadence, pipeline reviews, and revenue reporting
- Run ad hoc analyses on win/loss trends, funnel bottlenecks, and campaign ROI
- Own HubSpot end-to-end including pipeline stages, deal properties, and workflow automation
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for SMB and Enterprise motions
- Design and document GTM processes such as lead qualification and SDR/AE handoffs
- Project-manage cross-functional initiatives and high-priority undefined work
- Drive UTM and attribution discipline across marketing campaigns
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align systems
- Evaluate and implement GTM tool integrations and automation
- Onboard new GTM hires into systems and processes
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of experience in consulting or startup environments
- Hands-on HubSpot experience with admin-level familiarity
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail regarding data integrity
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- SQL proficiency
- Experience with structured problem-solving and consulting rigor
