GTM Operations Lead

About the Company

Gumloop is the piece of AI infrastructure companies roll out to let everyone build agents securely. We're a very small team building as fast as humanly possible, with companies like Gusto, Ramp, and Shopify already running agents on our platform. We've raised over $70M from Benchmark, First Round Capital, and Y Combinator.

Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce end to end, including data model, object architecture, and stage definitions
• Build the measurement ontology to segment the business by size, vertical, and motion
• Design and operate territory carves and account allocation as the AE team scales
• Stand up lead routing, enrichment, and MQL to SQL flows
• Run the forecasting cadence and pipeline review infrastructure
• Design quota and variable compensation plans and partner on deal desk operations
• Provide strategic input on the GTM tech stack evolution

Requirements

• 4 to 8 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM role at a high-growth B2B SaaS company
• Deep Salesforce proficiency with experience architecting data models
• Comfort across the GTM tech stack including Gong, enrichment, sequencing, and BI tools
• Proven track record of building RevOps functions from scratch
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design complex pipelines
• High judgment under ambiguity and strong executive presence

Preferred Qualifications

• Consulting or investment banking background
• Experience supporting an AE team of 5 to 15 reps
• Familiarity with AI-native tooling or automation platforms
• Prior experience with quota design and territory carves
