Watershed is the enterprise sustainability platform. Companies like Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens use Watershed to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for voluntary and regulatory reporting including CSRD, and drive real decarbonization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Customer leadership to design scalable operating models, including organizational design, engagement models, and capacity planning
- Build data infrastructure for real-time visibility into retention, expansion, product adoption, and customer health
- Own retention forecasting and predictive analytics methodology and models
- Ship AI-first operational workflows across the customer lifecycle, including onboarding and renewal motions
- Run core Customer operating cadences such as forecasting reviews, performance reviews, and QBRs
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-side GTM operations or leadership role at high-growth B2B SaaS or AI companies
- Experience within a customer-facing GTM function (CS, Implementation, Support, or CSM leadership)
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce (Flow, validation, data model), SQL, and BI tools like Sigma or Looker
- Proven track record of shipping complex projects end-to-end and driving cross-functional alignment
- Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Clay) and a strong point of view on AI-driven GTM operations
