GTM: New Verticals Lead

Responsibilities

• Identify new industry verticals and emerging market trends
• Pressure-test market opportunities and develop business theses
• Map paths to market by working with underwriting and market teams
• Design and implement end-to-end workflows and tools for new business lines
• Acquire the first customers to validate motions through real deals
• Codify successful processes to ensure repeatable handoffs to operating teams
• Leverage AI to drive efficiency and scale individual output

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in startup operations, GTM, consulting, banking, or founding a company
• Proven track record of taking an idea from early stage to real traction
• Ability to operate effectively with high ambiguity and incomplete information
• Strong generalist skill set across strategy, operations, and commercial work
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco with a high-intensity, long-day schedule

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching new markets or products at a scaled startup or unicorn
• Founder or early-operator background
• Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or other regulated industries
• Ability to partner closely with product and engineering teams
