GTM Lead

About the Company

VREY is building the EnergyOS for multi-family residential buildings. We combine certified metering operations with our own software to enable owners to sell self-generated solar power directly to tenants, turning regulatory requirements into profitable opportunities for the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the solar installer partner channel across Germany
• Take functional and personnel responsibility for the solar installer partnership area and grow the team
• Analyze qualification processes, pitch structures, and decision-making processes using a data-driven approach
• Collaborate closely with the Growth team and CEO to test and roll out new partnership models
• Optimize all partner processes along the funnel, including HubSpot CRM, conversion, and close rates
• Develop reporting structures, automations, partner programs, and incentives

Requirements

• Proven experience in Partnership Management, B2B Sales, or Business Development
• Experience in a fast-growing startup or sectors like energy, real estate, or technology-driven sales
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Energy Economics, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to make independent, data-driven decisions
• Strong interest in startups, energy, or real estate
• Fluency in German (C2 level) to explain complex products clearly
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM and revenue operations
