About the role
Responsibilities
- Nurture and expand existing accounts and build systematic expansion playbooks
- Analyze user cohorts to identify expansion patterns and friction points
- Build scalable PLG motion and optimize customer journey through self-serve paths
- Design onboarding optimization experiments with rapid iteration cycles
- Create sales process and infrastructure from 0-1, including materials and personas
- Scale towards enterprise readiness by working with product on deployment infrastructure
- Initiate outbound motion and coverage for larger accounts
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience building 1→10 growth engines
- Product-first approach with deep curiosity and product understanding
- Customer-centric focus to understand needs and pain points
- Ability to build for leverage through automated workflows and repeatable plays
- Capability to balance autonomy with cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Qualifications
- 5–8 years in growth roles at PLG SaaS companies
- Experience scaling from $1M to $10M ARR with strong net revenue retention
- Track record building customer education programs and in-product growth loops
