Responsibilities

  • Own team-level revenue performance and quota attainment
  • Coach reps across the full deal lifecycle with actionable feedback
  • Run structured deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and forecast calls
  • Diagnose pipeline gaps and intervene to improve conversion rates
  • Enforce consistent execution of sales motions and playbooks
  • Use AI-driven insights to sharpen coaching and deal strategy
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to strengthen funnel quality

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS across sales, SDR, or GTM roles
  • Demonstrated experience owning or influencing team quota attainment
  • Proven ability to coach reps on discovery, qualification, and closing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in complex, consultative sales cycles
  • High data fluency and ability to act on metrics
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to analyze pipeline health
