About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise partnership development by driving deals with large risk-bearing provider groups and payers from first contact through close and expansion.
  • Build the revenue operations foundation, including pipeline tracking, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and scalable deal processes.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives to translate clinical and technical capabilities into compelling narratives for healthcare C-suite buyers.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, RFP responses, business cases, and pilot frameworks.
  • Surface market intelligence from prospect conversations to inform product and engineering roadmaps.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between founders, product, and customers to build the GTM motion from the ground up.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of professional experience, ideally in enterprise software, healthcare, or high-growth startups.
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and project implementations.
  • Proven ability to operate as a generalist in a fast-moving environment without an established playbook.
  • Demonstrated experience moving from strategy to execution, taking direct accountability for processes or products.
  • Ability to tailor communication styles to different stakeholders, from Chief Medical Officers to CFOs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Chartis) with healthcare-specific work.
  • Experience working with hospital systems, IDNs, health plans, or payers.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where ideas move quickly to market.
