GTM Junior GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and own the outbound tech stack, including enrichment pipelines and automation flows
• Build and maintain high-quality prospecting lists using high-signal inputs and custom ICP logic
• Automate GTM workflows using tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier to increase team efficiency
• Map the Total Addressable Market (TAM) across multiple European territories to identify new demand
• Maintain CRM hygiene in HubSpot, ensuring clean records and enriched contact data
• Evaluate and implement new tools for prospecting, sequencing, and pipeline management

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Hands-on experience with Clay, HeyReach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
• Strong workflow automation skills (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
• Strong research instincts and the ability to find hard-to-reach data
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales, operations, or revenue marketing
• Experience with outbound sales sequencing or campaign execution
• Background in data analysis, market research, or business intelligence
• Multilingual capabilities (German, Italian, or Spanish)
