About the Company

A11 is the execution engine behind Europe’s top tech unicorns like Trade Republic, Sennder and Kry. We are a SWAT team for business performance in different expertise areas ranging from Marketing, Sales, Data, Tech to People Ops.

Responsibilities

• Support outbound sales including lead research, outreach campaigns, and lead qualification
• Maintain CRM hygiene using HubSpot
• Execute Go-to-Market strategies through ICP research and pipeline operations
• Assist with marketing tasks such as content drafts, LinkedIn posts, and newsletters
• Support event execution including speaker research and on-site logistics

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program (business, marketing, communications, or related)
• First experience in a commercial, marketing, or startup environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with data and spreadsheets
• Native or C2 level German
• Professional level English
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment
