Responsibilities
- Design and operationalize scalable GTM performance strategy frameworks
- Operationalize incentives and quota programs across GTM roles
- Implement and maintain quota governance and policy application
- Support incentive spend stewardship and budget forecasting in partnership with Finance
- Build and operate performance measurement systems and success metrics
- Partner on tools and data workflows to improve automation and scalability
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategic Finance, or GTM Strategy & Operations
- Strong analytical skills in performance measurement or incentive management
- Deep understanding of variable compensation policies and governance
- Experience supporting performance-based GTM organizations
- Expertise with CRM, HRIS, and incentive compensation platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication and cross-functional project management skills
- Ability to operate autonomously in a rapidly evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with consumption-based or hybrid revenue models
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for performance analysis and reporting
