Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO to shape strategy and improve operations
• Expand the product to new regions and scale the team
• Build the foundation for future hires across marketing, product, and customer success
• Manage diverse tasks ranging from closing bank deals to running product launches and managing partnerships

Requirements

• Ability to identify problems and solve them end-to-end without instructions
• High bar for execution and precision in client presentations and product launches
• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Clear communication skills to articulate tradeoffs and blockers
• Impact-obsessed mindset focused on moving the company forward
