About the role
Responsibilities
- Own PLG strategy and execution for enterprise, designing the full motion from activation to expansion
- Build and scale the agent layer that powers GTM, including outreach personalization and deal routing
- Own the data infrastructure including product signals, enrichment pipelines, and CRM sync
- Prototype and iterate on GTM experiments across channels and workflows
- Design agents and apps directly within the Lovable product
Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, AI/ML, or equivalent professional experience building production AI systems
- Proven track record leading a GTM or growth engineering function at a high-growth SaaS company
- Hands-on experience architecting agent orchestration systems end-to-end
- Deep experience designing data pipelines for GTM systems
- Hands-on PLG experience with enterprise motions
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Deep experience using Lovable to build real products
