GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and multi-step automation workflows across the GTM stack
• Architect LLM reasoning patterns, including prompt design, structured output, and fallback logic
• Build integrations between core revenue systems using automation platforms and REST APIs
• Run discovery sessions with Sales, Demand Gen, and Marketing stakeholders to surface automation opportunities
• Monitor workflow health, error rates, and agent output quality post-launch
• Document all builds through playbooks, one-pagers, and training materials to ensure scalability

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in revenue-adjacent roles (Sales, RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering)
• Proficiency in automation platforms such as Zapier (primary) or Make
• Strong CRM data model literacy, specifically with Salesforce object relationships and field mapping
• Experience with LLM prompt engineering and production use of models like Claude, Gemini, or GPT-4
• Foundational understanding of REST API fundamentals (authentication, pagination, and error handling)
• Fluency in GTM systems such as sales engagement, conversation intelligence, or intent data platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Python or JavaScript for API debugging and automation
• Experience with agent platforms like Glean Agents, Relevance AI, or Google Agentspace
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for tool integration
• Ability to use SQL or BigQuery for querying telemetry data
