GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Streamline and optimize digital marketing, ABM, and growth marketing processes including advertising campaign creation and audience segmentation
• Serve as the primary technical partner to the internal Paid Media & ABM team to co-develop innovation roadmaps
• Integrate AI APIs, MCP Servers, and automation tools to build agents and workflows for marketing motions
• Design and maintain Workato-based automation recipes and integrations for lead routing and audience activation
• Architect and deploy AI prototypes and scalable automated workflows integrating LLMs and AI APIs
• Build data-driven feedback loops connecting ad platform data and campaign responses into a unified closed-loop system
• Build and manage CDP-driven audience pipelines including audience syncs and match rate optimization
• Define and track KPIs measuring the impact of AI and automation investments

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Expert-level experience with Workato (required)
• Hands-on experience with advertising solutions like LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, Influ2, and Demandbase
• Proven track record of applying AI or advanced automation (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering) to business problems
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for automation scripts and API requests
• Experience building and managing CDP-driven audience pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Clay or similar enrichment tools
• Proficiency in SQL or BI visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI
