GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement Go-to-Market software for marketing, sales, and agent development teams
• Design and build automated workflows, integrations, and AI-powered systems for enrichment, scoring, and routing
• Own enrichment infrastructure end-to-end using tools like Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and LLMs
• Build AI agents and internal tools for account research, call summarization, and proposal generation
• Develop and improve fit scoring pipelines using Postgres and Salesforce
• Manage data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran, and reverse ETL
• Ship production code with PR reviews, observability, and error handling

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or Growth Engineering
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Clay)
• Production experience with LLMs including prompt design and eval loops
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, schemas, and data flow
• Systems thinking for high-volume data pipelines
• Owner's mindset with accountability from code to deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building applications using LLMs in production-grade AI/ML systems
• Development of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and SLDS
• Integration of Salesforce with business systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events
