GTM Engineer

About the Company

Sapien is rethinking how finance teams operate in the age of AI. We’re building toward an autonomous CFO—systems that run company financials end-to-end. Our platform analyzes complex financial data in real time to increase decision cadence, prevent costly mistakes, and surface value.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the growth stack including CRM architecture, enrichment, automation, lead routing, and reporting
• Engineer leverage with AI through automated research, personalization at scale, and workflow agents
• Define and monitor key metrics such as funnel conversion, channel performance, and pipeline health
• Run structured experiments across outbound systems, paid media, content distribution, events, and partnerships
• Support marketing execution including landing pages, campaigns, and email programs
• Partner with founders on high-priority GTM, ops, and strategy initiatives
• Support sales and deployments with research, tooling, and process improvements

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in growth, RevOps, consulting, banking, or early-stage startups
• Proven experience building systems and infrastructure
• Technical fluency in CRM hygiene, dashboards, and documented workflows
• AI-native mindset with daily use of AI tools
• High agency and ability to operate with speed in ambiguous environments
