GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and own GTM systems powering Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
• Design and build signal-based prospecting workflows for email, call, and LinkedIn engagement
• Own CRM architecture, pipeline stages, forecasting logic, and reporting integrity
• Implement AI-native automations and integrations across tools like Clay, Zapier, and CRM platforms
• Build dashboards and reporting layers for funnel performance and revenue drivers
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in enterprise deal cycles in partnership with Sales
• Continuously test, refine, and optimize GTM systems and workflows to improve conversion

Requirements

• 3-6 years experience in GTM, Growth, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Engineering
• Deep understanding of enterprise revenue mechanics and sales cycles
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot
• Familiarity with Clay.com, enrichment platforms, and sequencing tools
• Ability to work on-site in New York City and handle 50+ hour work weeks
• High autonomy and a builder mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• SQL, Python, or JavaScript experience for workflow scripting
• Previous exposure to reverse ETL or AI-powered automation
• Admin-level experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach
