Responsibilities

• Scope and map prospect paths into the funnel and build automated capture, qualification, and routing systems
• Build intent scoring models to rank leads by genuine buying signals
• Design automated routing logic across territory, company size, and rep capacity
• Produce rep-ready outputs directly from the scoring pipeline
• Build outbound sequence automation that generates personalized messaging at scale
• Own the full technical stack from data ingestion and enrichment through scoring and delivery
• Experiment with new platforms, APIs, and AI-native tools

Requirements

• High-agency builder capable of designing and shipping reliable data systems
• Technical fluency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience building automated pipelines and integrating APIs
• AI-native thinker comfortable with agents, MCP, and workflow frameworks
• Familiarity with tools like Clay, Orum, Apollo, PhantomBuster, or n8n
• Experience with GTM workflows such as sales operations or revenue operations
• Systems thinker capable of operating in ambiguity
