Responsibilities

• Build automated customer health scoring by synthesizing product usage, support signals, and engagement data
• Design expansion signal detection to surface accounts ready for upsell
• Automate recurring customer lifecycle touchpoints including onboarding and usage reviews
• Build renewal risk scoring to identify at-risk accounts 60+ days in advance
• Generate automated business review materials using usage metrics and ROI data
• Analyze call recordings and transcripts to identify and automate AI use case deployment
• Build routing logic for customer handoffs based on workload, expertise, and timezone
• Manufacture tools and systems that the post-sales team can run independently

Requirements

• High-agency builder capable of scoping and shipping solutions independently
• Technical fluency in Python or JavaScript
• Experience building data pipelines and integrating APIs
• Proficiency with tools like Gong, Salesforce, and n8n
• AI-native mindset with experience using LLM APIs and workflow frameworks
• Experience in post-sales, customer success, or account management operations
• Ability to reason about data at a statistical level for signal detection and predictive modeling
• Familiarity with platforms like Gainsight, Gong, Salesforce, or Dust
• Systems thinking approach to the customer lifecycle
