GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and own internal systems that power the GTM organization from lead flow through customer expansion
• Translate GTM strategy and business problems into scalable technical solutions and system architectures
• Design and develop AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making
• Rapidly prototype new ideas using AI-assisted development and evolve them into production-grade systems
• Identify and automate manual processes across the GTM lifecycle
• Build and maintain integrations across core GTM systems using APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
• Partner with GTM and company leadership to prioritize and deliver high-impact initiatives
• Enable GTM teams by building intuitive, well-documented tools for non-technical users

Requirements

• Experience building and maintaining high-quality software systems from prototype to production
• Deep experience with AI-native development workflows (Claude, Cursor, or Codex)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python
• Experience building and integrating systems using APIs, MCP, CLI tools, webhooks, and OAuth
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value
• Understanding of version control and CI/CD practices (Git, GitHub Actions)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools, or BI platforms
• Experience building browser extensions or developer productivity tools
• Active contributions to open-source AI tooling or developer communities
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
