GTM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and automate end-to-end GTM workflows including enrichment, scoring, routing, and engagement
• Design and maintain data models powering scoring, forecasting, and lifecycle tracking
• Connect and manage the GTM tech stack across CRM, data platforms, and AI tools
• Implement AI-driven workflows to reduce administrative burden for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
• Develop dashboards and datasets that enable self-serve analytics
• Monitor, debug, and continuously optimize systems and data pipelines
• Architect and scale systems that underpin the go-to-market motion by replacing manual processes with intelligent automation

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and query optimization
• Experience working in the ads or monetization space
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and integration tools (Workato, Zapier)
• Experience building or deploying AI agents or workflows for GTM use cases
• Experience with BI/visualization tools like Looker
• Strong ability to solve problems from both technical and business perspectives
• Proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end to cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Looker or similar BI tools including deployment and governance
• Experience with enrichment and AI tools such as Clay
