Responsibilities

• Level up how we map the essential service TAM across the US
• Come up with, test, and monitor the best intent signals against our database
• Help inform Netic’s early tech stack
• Build foundational internal tools, workflows, and automations for sales and marketing to leverage AI
• Apply GTM Engineering principles to help customers be more successful
• Build a flywheel based on customer conversations to accelerate user understanding
• Analyze customer usage data to inform TOF campaigns and messaging

Requirements

• 3+ years in GTM Engineering, sales, growth, RevOps, or MarketingOps
• Strong technical foundations with ability to write code and design scalable architectures
• Proven experience moving key business metrics
• High level of curiosity and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Exceptional cross-functional skills to partner with Sales and internal teams
• High-ownership mindset and accountability for outcomes
