Responsibilities

• Own the GTM stack, including systems for outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation
• Build automations and internal tools to accelerate sales and marketing workflows
• Manage the plumbing, including APIs, data flows, and integrations between all company tools
• Implement AI agents and workflows into internal operations
• Turn successful manual motions into repeatable, automated playbooks

Requirements

• Systems thinking mindset with a focus on repeatability and pattern recognition
• Proven experience building automations, internal tools, and workflows
• Deep comfort with APIs, data flows, enrichment, and routing
• AI-fluent with experience experimenting with agents and AI workflows
• Strong bias to ship and iterate quickly
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to cross-functional stakeholders like CMOs and CROs
