Maple is building AI agents that work for restaurants. These agents answer calls, take orders, book appointments, and handle real customer interactions over natural voice. Our mission is to build automated ontologies that model how businesses actually operate so our agents can adapt to them instantly.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate pipelines that close loops from the top of the funnel to closed-won revenue
• Develop a rep tooling layer to increase AE efficiency
• Work with sales, marketing, and ops to solve bottlenecks and unlock growth
• Maintain data cleanliness and system stability
• Prototype, test, and roll out new tools and automations

Requirements

• 1–3 years in a technical, ops, or growth role
• Understanding of modern GTM motions (outbound, attribution, PLG, etc.)
• Ability to operate with zero hand-holding and provide proactive solutions
• Preference for shipping scrappy, iterative solutions over perfect architectures
• Fluency with modern tools like Claude, Cursor, and Linear
